Restlessness is the energy generated by the left hemisphere. Its abstractions say there's always something better than what's in front of you now. Localism demurs. It appreciates what's here now. The gnostic (always dominated by his left hemisphere) doesn't like the tactile local except to the extent it can be made to serve the abstract central.
