According to this AP story, more families are opting for four or more children.

I'm not surprised. I think the tide has turned for large families. I've been told by people in their 50s and 60s that they were made to feel like villains if they contemplated more than two children. Back in the 1960s (and continuing through the 1980s), people had bought into the Malthusian and Ehrlich overpopulation myths.

These days, you're living under a rock, if you're not aware that the Occident needs more babies. If you're purposefully not having more children these days, it's because you're (i) selfish, (ii) ignorant, (iii) poor, or (iv) disproportionately occupied with wealth.
