I'm going to a polka party this weekend. The obvious question is: What does a guy drink to prepare for a polka dance? The obvious answer is: lots. But I'm looking for specifics: A lot of what?

Beer, of course. But I can't drink beer.

I went to the Google machine (drinks and polka) but found nothing. I even searched just for drinks that are good for dancing. But nothing.

I then remembered that a friend once bought me Chopin vodka, an excellent potato-based product from Poland. It was good.

I then Googled it and discovered that vodka is apparently the number one drink in Poland.

So that's what I'm going to drink: vodka. And probably lots of it. The dancing, I'm told, is mandatory, which makes copious drinking mandatory.
