In this post, I joked that some NASCAR-types might think the whole Katrina thing is a government conspiracy. My joke wasn't too far off the mark; I just pointed at the wrong demographic.

The influential preacher was in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Monday, where he detailed his Hurricane Katrina conspiracy theory.
