The Week in Review Returns
But postponed to tomorrow, on Sunday (TDE Housekeeping Blog Post)
At my age, I figured I'd be working full-time at this blog, cranking out content headier than foam from a faulty beer keg.
It didn't pan out, but I got something better: one of those sweet-ass TheraGun Minis on my genitals and a blog dedicated to humorous content, and dang if I'm not starting to enjoy both.
I enjoyed fatherhood, but I'm enjoying grandfatherhood more, and I'm grateful that I have the ability to help my children through the always-difficult early adult years, like last week when I had to move my very pregnant daughter and her toddler from South Bend to Baton Rouge. That TheraGun was smokin' from over-use but mission accomplished: I got her moved out and moved in, then capped it with two free-wheeling nights in New Orleans.
Blogging? Frick. I'm lucky to have enough coherence to read a Twilight novel, much less write about it.
But I'm getting back my blogging mojo, such as it is. The Week in Review resumes tomorrow.
