Drink one on the 30th in memory of Michael Jackson, the Beer Hunter. It's also a fundraiser, with proceeds going to the National Parkinson Foundation. I can't advise anybody to send money to NPF without knowing its position on fetal stem cells (searched its site but found nothing), but I support toasts to a man who furthered the cause of beer in schizophrenic America (I think the guy was from the UK, but he was big in the US).

I have an alibi. I'm just too drunk to articulate it: A shipment of more than 100,000 cans and bottles of Moosehead Lager has been stolen in Mississauga. Retail value: $200,000. Its happiness value can't be symbolized without exponents.

The beer story of St. Arnold. Excerpt:

He is said to have spent his life warning peasants about the health hazards of drinking water. Water was not necessarily safe to drink during the dark ages, especially around towns and villages. Nasty stuff. Arnold always had the well-being of his followers close at heart.
Beer, on the other hand, was quite safe. Arnold frequently pointed this out to his congregation. He is credited with having once said, "From man's sweat and God's love, beer came into the world." It goes without saying that the people loved and revered Arnold.

Pizza beer continues its march into the mainstream. Will there be people who refuse to drink the crust at the bottom, thereby drinking more of the good stuff and leaving less for everyone else?

Possibly the funniest and most-disgusting five-second video ever (and proof that excessive drinking is bad for your health, mind, soul, clothes, and everything else). It's been out for awhile, so my apologies if this is "old hat":
