Four Percent Sounds Light

A bar in Brazil charges customers 4% if someone vomits on their premises. One of the patrons is now suing, though. Link.

We like the 4% charge. It's fairly measured on consumption. If a person says, "Hey, I get sick after two beers," that's fine because he's only getting taxed on two beers. If it takes twenty beers and he's dumb enough to drink that many, the add-on will capture that excess.
