Will the ACLU Protect the Doctors?

Just another instance of tolerance leading to coercion:

A new law will soon require all New Jersey doctors to complete a course on "cultural competency" to help them understand patients whose lives may be very different from their own.

Get sensitive, or lose your livelihood. The choice is yours, doc.

The ACLU should be contesting this law on grounds that no one should be forced to learn something against his will. If all college students who received state aid were required to attend a seminar that teaches the perils of premarital sex, you better believe the ACLU would come in, guns blazing.
