They got themselves a dilemma in Oregon.

Salmon are an endangered species. They're bottle-necked somewhere along the Columbia River. Sea lions--carrying substantial clout as protected species under the federal 1972 Marine Mammal Protection Act--are eating them like popcorn. Authorities don't know how to stop the slaughter.
