The BBC broadcasted a Quaker religious service this morning. The BBC broadcasts a different religious meeting every week, so what's the big deal?

Quaker services are silent:

> A Quaker meeting involves gathering in a room and sitting silently for an hour. There are no hymns, no sermons, no prayers and no priest, which make up the usual ingredients of the 40-minute programme which attracts up to 1.75 million listeners each week. During the hour of a normal Quaker meeting, the only noise, apart from the occasional cough or sneeze, comes when a participant is moved to minister.
