"An Episcopal priest who resigned from a Downingtown [Pennsylvania] church last fall after his ties to a Druid society were made public has renounced his Episcopal ordination and become a Druid priest." LINK (registration required).
The priest and his wife (both Episcopalian priests) had apparently tried to bring the New Age into their Episcopalian church, but too many reactionaries objected, prompting them to back down. Instead of complying with the intolerance of Bishop Gene Robinson types, they left Episcopalianism for Druidism.
Aside: "Modern Druidism is a New Age religion whose followers worship the sun, nature and trees and explore traditional Celtic lore, said Bob Bruhin, development director of the Delaware Valley Pagan Network."
