I don't hold out much hope for McCain, but he has made up a remarkable amount of ground these recently. According to the Yahoo Election page, at least three states have turned red in the past three days, and McCain has closed the gap considerably in many key states. Could be interesting. Don't forget that Gore didn't have a prayer heading into the Election Tuesday 2000. Get out and vote early and often. Don't let the Freedom of Choice Act and gay marriage waltz into law.

A farmer was detained for questioning in an elections scandal. The U.S. Attorney asked him, "Did you sell your vote?"
The farmer replied, "No sirree, not me. I voted for that there feller because I liked him."
"Come on," the U.S. Attorney replied. "I have solid evidence that he gave you $5.00."
"Well now," the farmer replied, "it's plain common-sense that when a feller gives ya $5.00, you like him."
