Alright, I'll go out on a limb here: [Possibly the best magazine article ever written](http://nymag.com/realestate/features/47224/?ref=thedailyeudemon.com). I read it in bed Tuesday night and I couldn't put it down. It's about Brooklyn's gentrification, and how a local blog commentator (calls himself "The What") is dumping pessimism on everyone's fun. It's a topic that only midly interests me, but the article is written with remarkable flare: jumpy but coherent, serious but funny, cutting-edge but solid prose. Warning: Awfully vulgar at points.
