[C]ultural influence and renewal doesn't need a majority. A staunch and vigorous minority - say 25% to 33% - can turn around an entire nation. The majority will always be hedonistic and amoral, but a moral MINORITY can shame them into superficially good behavior. That's the best we can hope for, and we're still a long way off, but it could happen.
