Meth and Viagra
Interesting article from the New York Times about the disappearance of condoms from homosexual clubs and the potential rise of HIV. It seems that homosexuals are combining Viagra with methamphetamine and having a raging good condom-less time. An earlier NYT article (which we can't find now, sorry) says one-fourth of homosexuals have used meth during "sex." That's a shocking percentage, given the dangerousness and potency of that drug.
Now, if we just recognized homosexuality in the marital institution, all these excesses would go away. Homosexuality isn't a disorder. It's a lifestyle choice, like the black golf shirt I'm wearing today. All these alarming things--rampant meth use and a rampaging passion for "sex" that dies for it--would go away if we just allowed homosexuals to get married. It wouldn't normalize homosexuality and thereby increase its presence, and thereby increase meth-induced barebacking. Naw. Impossible.
