# Some Stuff for Saturday Morning

Pornography is for fools and demons. That's one theme in the current issue of [*Catholic Men's Quarterly*](http://www.houseonthemoor.com/?ref=thedailyeudemon.com). It's filled with facts and anecdotes regarding the societal scourge. [Congress obsesses over cigarettes](http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071110/ap%5Fon%5Fgo%5Fco/tobacco%5Ftax?ref=thedailyeudemon.com), but refuses to acknowledge a much, much bigger problem. (Not surprising, of course. I suspect if you obtained an honest poll, you'd find that men in Congress are bigger fans of pornography than the average American. Just a hunch.)

If you're not subscribing to *CMQ*, you should consider it.

Striving to become the worst NFL Franchise: The Vikings dock a player's pay for one day because he missed a game to attend his grandma's funeral. I thought, "Well, if he didn't play, he didn't play." I realize Smoot and McKinnie didn't miss a game to commit the sexual aggressions, but something ain't right there.
