Light Tuesday

Another late evening for me, and there's not much blogging material out there. I found this humorous, though:

A spurned Malaysian woman is taking legal action against her former lover, claiming that he had coerced her into having sex a total of 31 times with the false promise of marriage, a news report said on Tuesday.
Nagamah, 38, had recorded down the date and place of each sexual encounter with her ex-lover Punnosamy from 1998 to 2001 because she ”thought our relationship was special."

A favorable ruling for the little tart could rattle many young men, especially if our increasingly multi-culturalist courts decide to use Malaysian courts as precedent. Thing is, I think it's established cultural law that promises made in dorm rooms and backseats of cars aren't enforceable.

Jack Kerouac video footage. Some of you may know that I've read a fair amount by and about Kerouac and have written about him, but I'd never seen him on video. I found it fascinating. Given his colorful prose and living, his disposition is incredibly unassuming, but in an eerie way.
