I'll have to search the Catholic blogosphere for information about [this](http://today.reuters.co.uk/news/articlenews.aspx?type=oddlyEnoughNews&storyID=2006-09-06T004605Z%5F01%5FN05386978%5FRTRIDST%5F0%5FOUKOE-UK-LIFE-NICARAGUA.XML&ref=thedailyeudemon.com):

> A former novice who gave up training to be a nun to fight in a leftist insurrection against a hated dictator was sworn in on Tuesday as Nicaragua's police chief.

But for now, it's no big deal. She's doing a lot less damage than most former nuns.
