I heard a great story this morning while at the courthouse, related to yesterday's post about the meth bust. A local guy was busted for possessing a half pound of marijuana. His defense? It was for personal use (which lessens the criminal culpability). He said he has a bad back and needs to smoke a joint every hour because of the pain.
