The Weekend Eudemon

Nice evening yesterday: Detroit Lions exhibition opener, kids playing outside, three beers drank while watching the 7 so Marie could get some housework done. I wanted to go to the drinking club, but too many domestic responsibilities held me down. Besides, I was able to go to a friend's house Wednesday night and drink a six pack while shooting the bull with six other guys, so I had gotten my fix.

Not much new to report here. The radio interview in Philadelphia went well on Wednesday. No TDE readers called in, so that was a little disappointing, but it was a nice interview. It was my third time on the radio, and none of them lasted a full hour like this one. It was a little tiresome, but it went fast.

Blogging will be light today. Another day trip calls.
