One of my new favorite web sites ([World History Blog](http://world-history-blog.blogspot.com/2006/07/drunkus-maximus-power-and-purpose-of.html?ref=thedailyeudemon.com)) reviews an article at one of my oldest favorite sites: Modern Drunkard Magazine. The topic: [Drunkus Maximus: The Power and Purpose of Alcohol in Ancient Rome](http://www.moderndrunkardmagazine.com/issues/03%5F06/0306%5Fdrunkus.html?ref=thedailyeudemon.com). Interesting (albeit off-color) stuff, especially if you like history and drinking (my two majors in college). There's a bogus statement about Constantine (essentially, that he forced people to convert to Christianity), but don't let that stop you from reading it.
