# Colbert

While doing a little channel surfing last night, I watched ten minutes of *[The Colbert Report](http://www.comedycentral.com/shows/the%5Fcolbert%5Freport/index.jhtml?ref=thedailyeudemon.com)* (my sons' baseball game was rained out, thus blessing me with a little free time). I was dumbfounded. I've never seen ten minutes of more secularist, anti-Christian, mocking television. It's not often you see something so relentlessly one-sided. It was a "What the heck?" moment for me. In ten minutes, they mocked Christ, Christians, the Bible, and people who oppose gay marriage. It made Jon Stewart's *The Daily Show* look balanced.

Addendum: I searched Comedy Central's website to find out more about them. [It's owned by MTV](http://www.comedycentral.com/help/faq.jhtml?ref=thedailyeudemon.com#whoowns). MTV, incidentally, is owned by [Viacom](http://www.viacom.com/?ref=thedailyeudemon.com), which is one of the entertainment behemoths ([CBS, Clear Channel, Spike!
