Rather than wait until they are emotionally prepared for sex, children as young as 12 are turning to alcohol to help to get them through losing their virginity. Most are too embarrassed, confused, drunk or illinformed to think about the risks of pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections, so contraception is barely even considered, a charity report says.

This is England, but I assume we have similar problems here. Fortunately, I have a solution.

First, we need to give the kids 3.2 beer. It's less potent than regular beer and lots less potent than liquor, so the kids will feel like they're drinking, but it'll take 'em longer to get drunk. The chance that they'll get severely drunk will be reduced.

Second, we set up a series of Beer and Beds for Teens. We can get them drunk in a controlled environment, then help them with the condoms. They're gonna drink and copulate anyway, so we might as well get them drunk and done safely.

Third, we need to do something with judgmentalism. Just like the gays who engage in remarkably-promiscuous conduct because society has marginalized their conduct, these teens are drinking and banging because we look down on such conduct, at least among the young. If we stop marginalizing the conduct, they can find healthy ways to engage in the conduct.

Finally, we need to stop making such conduct forbidden fruit. If we take away the allure, the kids will stop being so attracted to it. The best way to take away the allure of the misconduct? Encourage it, using the Teen Beer and Beds I describe above.

It's really very simple. And it's just common sense. But the dang theocrats in America won't let it happen.
