# MTV Angers the Germans

> A German conservative leader said Tuesday he has filed a complaint with prosecutors accusing music channel MTV of disparaging Christianity in an ad for its Vatican parody cartoon "Popetown," which depicts the pope as a pogo-stick riding brat.

The brats at MTV must be proud. They've provoked the ire of Germans, and that's pretty hard to do. Maybe one year of a Bavarian pope is having a good effect on the relativistic German. Just as JPII brought down communism in his homeland, maybe B16 can topple Germany's reign of hedonism.
