To be honest, I haven't read the entire article yet, but I was struck by the author's byline:
Ron Austin is a veteran Hollywood writer-producer, a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and a fellow at the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology in Berkeley.
That's great. I would've thought it as likely as, "X is a veteran heroin addict and fellow at the Dominican School . . . " but great.
