I'm kind of behind the eightball today, so I don't have much. I merely offer this entirely too long, but somewhat interesting, article on why brewing craft beer is a white man's sport.
[C]raft beer is white. Whiter than a ski lodge. Whiter than a Whole Foods in the suburbs. Craft beer is so white, in fact, that there's an entry for “microbreweries” in Stuff White People Like, a book based on a blog written by a white person making fun of white people for being white. The passage concludes with this sentence: “[M]ost white people want to open a microbrewery at some point.”
