Dying Babies  
  
[According to *The Telegraph*](http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml;sessionid=G0V42NXSPTKNJQFIQMGSM5OAVCBQWJVC?xml=/news/2005/03/31/nbaby31.xml&sSheet=/portal/2005/03/31/ixportal.html&ref=thedailyeudemon.com), the number of babies who die during or soon after birth is rising in the UK.  
  
The pre-birth mortality rate is also high. No wonder they have a labor shortage.
