Drinking time, much less blogging-about-drinking time, is scarce this holiday season. For today, just this from my trip to the British Museum last month:

Speaking of my trip to London, I was amused to duck into a sports pub for a few drinks, only to see its assortment of TVs showing soccer, rugby, cricket, and darts. I really enjoy rugby, not so much soccer. I like to throw darts and am impressed with the professionals, but it gets tiresome quickly. Cricket looks like something I could really get into, but I can't begin to understand how it's played.
