Burned by Oxygen

A 64-year-old Greenwood woman was burned seriously after a fire started while she was smoking and taking oxygen, investigators said.

"This isn't the first time someone in our city has been seriously injured while smoking and on oxygen," Greenwood Fire Chief Steve Dhondt said.
