The November 30, 1929 issue of the London Illustrated News featured a full page article by G.K. Chesterton and a full page Guinness Beer ad. Pretty sharp-looking. I'd re-produce it here, but I'm still having troubles with my new blogging software and can't figure out the new picture feature. Link.
