Police Brutality?

I have no opinion about whether the officer acted appropriately, but have you ever tried to get a kid out of a school desk against his or her will? I have (albeit as part of roughhousing, not in a genuine altercation). It's impossible to do it gently and, in fact, if the kid is holding onto the desk, there's no way to do by yourself unless you flip the desk over or yank the kid's arm so violently that you risk breaking it or yanking it out of the shoulder socket.
