# Speedier Annulments

Yet another sign that B16 is going to improve the administrative aspects of the Vatican:

This, incidentally, is an encouragement for divorce. If people have grounds for a proper annulment, they ought to be able to get one quickly. The current system of making them wait years is simply cruel.

The process should work both ways, incidentally. Speedy denials should also be the norm.
