5-Year Plan
From this morning's WaPo:
The [Chinese Communist] party declared rural reform a major goal of its new five-year economic program, which began this month.
A five-year-plan? I thought those went out with 22-Skidoo and the Stalin show trials. Are they getting ready to liquidate the trouble-causing peasants, too, ala the kulaks?
