More than 200 reality TV hopefuls queued up to conceive a baby with a stranger live on air for a £10,000 prize.
They were the victims of a spoof set up to see how far people would go to get on television, reports the Daily Mirror.
Not even the presenters of Let's Make a Baby - ex-Big Brother stars Makosi Musambasi and Craig Coates - were in on the joke.
Link.
These 200 conned contestants are, to be blunt, 200 dirt bags. They were willing to father a baby for the sake of fame and fortune, with no thought about raising the baby properly or being a good father (which always, no matter what the libertines say, means marrying the mother or--at the barest minimum--loving her). Disgusting, but if I were to get disgusted at every such heartless story, I'd need to carry a vomit bag.
