Pass the Czech
The Czechs do like their weed. A 2005 report by the European Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction found that 22% of Czechs between 16 and 34 had smoked marijuana at least once during the previous year, the highest percentage in the European Union. The nation's cannabis culture is imbued with the whimsical ethos of the hippie movement: guys growing dope in fields, on balconies and in bathrooms, and sharing with friends.
Slovakia took most of Czechoslovakia's Christians (Slovakia is nearly 2/3 Roman Catholic and over 70% Christian ; the Czech Republic is less than 40% RCC and less than 45% Christian). Prague is a city that is living up to its Bohemian background. I suspect its reproduction rate is awfully low, consistent with the rest of Europe and the former Soviet bloc.
All CR needs us a bunch of Muslims to move in and start killing free thinkers. It can then declare itself the Netherlands of the East.
