[Mr. Blackwell has released his annual list of worst dressed women](http://www.eonline.com/News/Items/0,1,18120,00.html?rsslatest&ref=thedailyeudemon.com). I don't follow such things and I don't know much about Mr. Blackwell, but any guy who puts Britney's maternity clothing at the top of the list and says of Paris Hilton, "Hot? I think not!" can't be too bad.
