This is a pic from Florida last night (from Reddit). It could've been Lake Michigan. I was at my son's football game, about 20 miles from the Lake Michigan shore. I'm not sure I've ever seen a thunderstorm so harsh, and I know I've never been caught in one so harsh: quarter-size hail, hard winds, blinding rain, and lightning strikes that lasted for over two hours. Unbelievable.
