H.I.F.

Father sues for age discrimination. Gets $80,000 settlement, which contains a confidentiality clause. Classy daughter posts to Facebook: “Mama and Papa Snay won the case against Gulliver,” she wrote. “Gulliver is now officially paying for my vacation to Europe this summer. SUCK IT."

The court found that this violated the confidentiality clause and threw out the $80,000 settlement.

Does this mean the lawsuit is back on? I couldn't tell from the story itself and I'm not terribly inclined to research it.
