H.I.F.

A Lutheran allies with a Jewish atheist in support of slavery. And they're fighting against some Catholics.

I'm siding with the Lutheran-atheist-slaveholder axis.

Sure, the Catholics are exaggerating and are guilty of intellectual dishonesty (the axis doesn't support slavery), but even in broader principles, I'm siding with the axis.

*"Dr. Block is a libertarian dedicated to the non-aggression principle (NAP). This philosophy is antithetical to slavery to the point where any violation of the NAP or property rights (including conscription and taxation) is condemned as slavery. Dr. Block's point is clearly that what made slavery abominable was not the work itself. Indeed, manual labor is not dehumanizing or dishonorable. Rather the issue with slavery is the involuntary nature of it. This ought to be axiomatic and self-evident to anyone in a university environment."*

The thing is, as pointed out by Thaddeus Russell in the *Renegade History*, slavery, from the standpoint of actual work requirements, was *not* that bad. I'll try to dig up some quotes and post them here shortly.
