Well, another day in pink land coming up. It's breasteses month.

Friday night, our local high school varsity football team wore pink socks, which the school provided. It's frustrating ("Hey, let's follow the crowd and do what the NFL is doing!"), but at least they didn't force the kids to pay for them too.

Added bonus: Now I know our athletic department is awash in excess cash, so there's no need for me volunteer at our sports booster club. (Of course, perhaps the pink socks were donated; I really have no idea how it came down.)

Okay, that's enough. I'll stop the anti-pink commentary until next October, even though we still have another eleven days of the nonsense remaining.
