Porn to Go

Porn downloads are proving popular for iPods:

Purveyors of porn and entrepreneurs who spied a niche when Apple Computer Inc. unveiled its video-playing iPod are proving that sex even sells in tiny packages -- especially when it is portable.
One online social network of amateur pinup girls said it logged 500,000 downloads of the sexy "featurettes" -- three- to five-minute video clips -- in the first 24 hours targeting the new iPod-toting crowd.
It's a no-brainer: pornography to go.

What is this constant need to be in touch with one's porn side? Do we really think pornography isn't a problem, when a large number of people apparently don't want to be without it for more than a few minutes?

I'm guessing many of the downloaders are college students, who are taking lewd cuts back to their frat houses or other gatherings for yucks. But no doubt many "rational" adults are similarly downloading the junk to take with them on trips, to pick up their kids at soccer practice, and who knows where else.
