Truth be known, I've always enjoyed a good hockey fight. The people who dismiss hockey fights "out of hand," as if there's no good reason for them, don't understand the game and haven't studied the arguments. Nonetheless, when I see stories like this, I tend to think the whole thing is out of hand. Link.
I also suspect we'll see more fights in the NHL this year. People like fights, and the NHL needs people to like them again. Then again, I haven't been following the NHL much this year, so I could be wrong.
