Blame the video game makers, but if we didn't have an adult population that revelled in juvenile pursuits, such things wouldn't exist:
A football video game set to hit stores today takes the gridiron to new lows – allowing players to juice up, attack opponents and even send prostitutes to the other team's hotel the night before a big game.
In the new "Blitz: The League," former Giants great Lawrence Taylor – known as much for his drug problems as for his stellar career – takes video-game players on a tour of the dark and seedy side of professional football.
The video-game company said it chose the Hall of Fame linebacker and deadbeat dad to be the voice behind "Quentin Sands" because the character was inspired by Taylor's illustrious NFL career – not to mention his numerous drug suspensions, arrests and trips through rehab.
