Budweiser can't use its name in Portugal. No tears from me. I've never been a Budweiser fan.

Anheuser-Busch lost an appeal that would allow it to sell beer under the brand name Budweiser in Portugal, the European Court of Human Rights ruled in the latest round of a global legal battle between the U.S. beer giant and Czech brewery Budejovicky Budvar.
