A reader sends along this sermonette on the Feast Day of St. Francis (October 4th):
St. Francis of Assisi said, "Preach the Gospel at all times; when necessary, use words!"
To obey this holy man's good counsel, three things are necessary:
1) ALWAYS do good;
2) FREQUENTLY say nothing;
3) NEVER do anything until or say anything without having first prayed.
In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.
