Drive-By Porn
Michigan actually passed a statute against this, making it a misdemeanor, if I recall correctly. Florida apparently has an even better law:
Two Florida men are facing felony obscenity charges after a Jacksonville cop spotted a pornographic movie playing in their car in full view of children in nearby autos. According to the below arrest report, Officer J.A. Webster was on patrol Monday night when a Buick passed him on the right. Webster noticed that a porn flick was playing on a 14-inch flat screen TV inside the car, and that the X-rated images could be seen by five children in two other autos.
