Fat Tax

A new fat tax to induce thinness? It wouldn't surprise me, but all people need to do is get grains and sugar out of their diets, yet at the same time that they're talking about a fat tax, other arms of the federal government are giving grains a bigger role in the food pyramid. That, anyway, is what a local educator friend told me. He recently went semi-caveman and likes the results. He's flabbergasted that government materials recently shipped to our high school promote greater intake.

Tired?

The caveman diet definitely helped with my tendency to get tired, but I still seem to get tired faster than other people. Maybe I have some weird energy deficiency. This Yahoo article examines some different oddities that might affect your energy levels. Excerpt:
