Side note: If you have a Charter cable connection, you may want to look into your rates. While on the line with Charter Support this morning, the tech assistant asked Eric about possibly increasing his connection speed.

Eric: How much faster is the next level?

Charter: A little more than double than your current speed.

Eric: Wow. How much?

Charter: About $10 a month, probably.

Eric: Sign me up.

Charter: Okay, I'll be back in just a few moments.

45 second later

Charter: Um, sir.

Eric: Yes?

Charter: Actually, you're already paying for that higher level of service, plus a little more. You'll start getting the faster service, and your monthly bill will actually go down a dollar per month.
