Here's one writer's take on the upcoming music video awards. We watch MTV about as often as we watch gay pornography (there is a difference, we're told), so we have no opinion, but we found the column mildly interesting:
Let's face it: It makes as much sense for MTV to give out awards for the best music videos these days as it would for the Christian Broadcasting Network to fork over prizes for the best porno videos.
That's because there's nothing in the actual programming to reflect it.
