Give me your tired, your poor, your sexually promiscuous . . .

It's only dictum, but we would think the following is legal precedent for the validity of the much-maligned gaydar:

> "Despite his attempts to conceal his sexuality, others could perceive it and Boer-Sedano was ostracised by his family, friends, and co-workers on that basis," the judges wrote in their judgement.

Eric Scheske thinks he can spot a homosexual from 200 yards. Maybe the court could cite this ability in its next piece of legislation.
